Mount Hotham Alpine Resort’s Management Board requested Landair Surveys to renew the surveys for several Crown Leases at Mount Hotham.
To do this, we travelled up there to re-establish the Crown Lease boundaries for each site by connecting these with old surveys in the area, as well as located the structures on each site to ensure they were within the specified lease areas. We re-marked the boundary corners where necessary and provided detailed information on the locations of the on site structures in relation to the boundaries.
As part of the re-establishment process, we used the trig-stations at the peaks of the local mountains, including Mount Hotham, “The Twins” and Mount McKay, at altitudes of up to 1860m
