Landair Surveys was contracted by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council to undertake land surveying works within the catchments of Dromana and Safety Beach.
The survey was carried out to assess the impacts of a potential 1 in 100 year flood event on properties in the area. The survey was successfully completed through a combination of levelling and tie in to the existing survey control network in the area.
Landair Surveys provided the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council with existing floor levels and natural surface levels relative to the Australian Height Datum across over 2000 properties throughout Dromana, Safety Beach, Red Hill, Mount Martha and Arthur’s Seat
