Landair Surveys was asked to complete a follow up of a previous Detail Survey completed in January 2019. The survey was to record updated as-built details and produce a Site Description Plan and Planning Report for Council.
The proposed subdivision of the site required a planning permit application to be lodged and as part of the application process, showing existing conditions that are required by Council. The plan provided includes Dial Before you Dig services, background imagery and features and levels, but requirements may vary with different councils. The plan also shows contours at 0.2m intervals, levels to Australian Height Datum and title boundaries.
