Cowwarr Primary School was unfortunately destroyed by a fire in January 2020. Sensum have taken on this project to rebuild the school and engaged with Landair Surveys to complete an Underground Service Locating, Existing Conditions and a Title Re-Establishment survey, due to the nature of the rebuild.
Extensive site investigation was required to locate the alignment of the power, telecommunications and water coming into the site, as well as onsite existing drainage and irrigation.
For the Title-Re-Establishment survey, Landair Surveys was able to find a Put-Away Plan from 1968, still measured in Links. Extensive measurements were taking to the boundaries of the primary school and the surrounding properties on the East, North and West sides to confirm the accuracy of the original plan.
