Landair Surveys was contacted by our client Progress Earth to amend the final stage of Staged Subdivision on a commercial and industrial site in melbourne. Preparation of the initial Plan of Subdivision stages were created using design drawings supplied by the client and the planning permit.
The subdivision stages have been completed based upon our clients timing and construction requirements and Councils planning permit conditions with a Compiled Plan created and updated for Registration at the completion of each stage.
This most recent updated plan changed the layout significantly for the final stage and will be lodged with council updating the previous application for certification and associated planning permit.
Preparation of Subdivision plans also require liaison with service authorities to obtain a Statement of Compliance (once planning permit conditions are satisfied) and the creation of an Abstract of Field Records and Licensed Surveyors Report being lodged with the plan for Registration.
