Landair Surveys was pleased to be part of the team resurfacing the Domain and Burnley Tunnels over the Christmas and New Year period. We had up to four survey teams working at one time to ensure accurate as built surveys were completed on time to ensure tunnels could be open for traffic as soon as possible. Landair Surveys has been surveying inside the tunnels for the past year: Detail surveys of the road surface, clearance surveys using a laser scanner, as built surveys, bitumen thickness surveys, pit set-out and line-work marking.
