Recently we have been asked to conduct a due diligence survey of a historic site in Sydney.

Our work included surveying boundaries and improvements including this historic building in Sydney.

Survey was required for due diligence to ensure no boundary issues for a prospective purchaser.

Aside from the beautiful building the site is complicated by many easements in stratum and part of the property extending underneath the adjacent road.
