About Erik Birzulis
As the Managing Director of Landair Surveys, one of Australia’s leading surveying companies, Erik Birzulis is responsible for running all facets of the business. Erik has a proven executive management track record and over twenty years’ experience in high level supervision of land, engineering and aerial surveying and mapping projects. He leads a team of high skilled and experienced professionals using cutting edge technology to provide services to private, corporate and government clients across Australia.
Prior to commencing at Landair Surveys in 2001, Erik has served as Surveying Manager at Tomkinson, Melbourne Australia, and as Project Surveyor at Doug Gow and Associates in Albury NSW.
At Landair Surveys, Erik has built a work-culture, where the common goal of building successful long-term relationships with clients based on the quality and timeliness of results, putting comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety systems in place as well as an independently certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Erik is an active member of the Association of Consulting Surveyors, Victoria, Surveying and Spatial Science Institute, and The Institute of Surveyors NSW. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Geomatic Engineering (Hons), University of New South Wales and has published articles in industry journals and made presentations at industry conferences.
