Landair Surveys has recently had the privilege of working with a leading architectural firm on a Melbourne Hospital redevelopment. Tasked with producing a series of Existing Conditions plans to facilitate new design proposals.

Over the course of a week, a virtual site was created using 3D laser scanning technology both internally and externally. This data was combined with an external road reserve and car park detail survey as well as relevant underground services locations to paint a complete picture of the existing site conditions. The final deliverables to the client were a 3D point cloud, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, façade elevation plans and external feature & level survey plans.
